Liz Ramos is the Republican candidate for the Texas House District 135. A native Houstonian of Mexican- American heritage, Liz comes from a family with immigration roots and deep ties to the Houston community. Known for being outgoing, well-spoken, and reliable, Liz is also thoughtful, resilient, and hardworking. Throughout her career, Liz has worked for only two healthcare employers demonstrating loyalty, consistency, and long term commitment. Since 2007, she has helped build and manage a thriving pediatric medical practice from the ground up, gaining real-world experience in budgeting, staffing, operations, and patient care. Her background is rooted in service, accountability, and building institutions that last. Liz brings to the race a lifetime of experience outside politics as a worker, small business family partner, parent, homeowner, and community member- giving her a practical understanding of the everyday decisions families face.
